DIY - Fish in a Bag Soap

Make your own Fish in a Bag Soap! This soap is sure to bring lots of smiles. Makes a great party favor or gift for anyone. And the perfect size for a stocking stuffer We will use them as a prize for the old fish bowl game. (You know, get the ping pong ball in the fish bowl and win a fish.)
